Among all the musical team-building options we offer, this one truly puts the participants in the spotlight.
Be The Star for a moment
Our initial idea was to invite participants to showcase their artistic talents: whether it’s singing, playing an instrument, acting, or reading their poetry or prose. However, in practice, we found that this approach was a bit challenging. For those of us in the arts, it might seem easy, but not everyone is inclined towards the arts or has an obvious artistic talent. Some participants even felt pressured, which was the last thing we wanted.
Then, we realized that everyone has at least one hidden talent, often related to a hobby or something their close friends often ask them to do. This talent could be anything from crocheting, sewing, welding, painting, or even a knack for repairs.
When we approached the teams with this broader perspective, we were met with enthusiasm! People were eager to share their unique talents and hobbies—things they enjoy doing but aren’t part of their everyday work—with their colleagues.
Let’s Learn from each other!
In the “I Have a Talent!” team building, everyone got to learn something new together—whether it was the basic steps of tango, salsa, bachata, or waltz, or how to knit, mend torn clothing, or even weld wires. The focus wasn’t on us—the instructors or teachers—but on you, the participants.
Depending on the size of the team, each participant will have 2 to 5 minutes to showcase their talent.

We’re here to help you prepare, and we’ll also assist with the execution! If someone wants to play or sing and needs musical accompaniment, we’ve got you covered. If someone wants to act or recite something and needs a musical background, we’re here to support you.
